Robyn founded JRI in 2005 to bring a more human-centered approach to innovation. With a focus on immersive research, trend insights, and co-creation techniques, she's on a mission to help companies innovate for the future, with purpose and with empathy.

John brings to his role a unique perspective based on years of diversified experience - client-side/agency-side, marketing research/brand management, quantitative/qualitative, domestic/international. He thrives on helping clients address big strategic questions and solving innovation challenges of any size.
Playground Fact: John has fond memories of being on one end of the seesaw with as many of his kids as necessary on the other side to balance it out.


Steph specializes in digging deep to uncover the nuances and underlying motivations that drive consumer behavior. She turns complex feedback into clear, strategic insights that shape innovation and set clients up for smarter decision-
making.
Playground Fact: Lifelong lover of the merry-go-round, she’s still on the hunt for an adult-sized version to relive the thrill.


After merging Power Moms Media with JRI in 2023, Brooke brings her trend-spotting expertise and deep influencer know-how to the team, helping brands connect with consumers, drive innovation, and stay ahead of the curve.
Playground Fact: Monkey bars were her jam—though these days she might need a trainer!


Bri keeps her finger on the pulse—tracking emerging trends, uncovering new innovations, and keeping our social media fresh! She's all about making the right creative connections.
Playground Fact: Though she claims jump rope champ status, the tube slide was her true childhood thrill.


Desiree helps clients gain a deeper understanding of consumers by immersing in their daily lives—their habits, goals, trials, and triumphs. She’s an expert at translating what she sees and hears into tools for powerful, human-centered innovation.
Playground Fact: Swing-set queen! She was famous for flying off mid-air—and still holds the local park jump-off record.
